Strength (1)
Hello everyone,
How are you
doing today? I hope well and bubbling in the Lord. In addition to the LORD
saying in Isaiah 41v10 that fear not, for I am with thee; be not dismayed or
discouraged, for I am thy God, He says, “… I will strengthen thee; ….” Isaiah
41v10 (King James Version). The Amplified Version says “… I will strengthen and harden you to difficulties…”, while
the Message says “… I’ll give you strength….”
There are
so many things we need strength for, physically, spiritually, and even in our
souls (mind, emotions, and will). God says, He will strengthen you and harden
you to difficulties. Isaiah 40v29-31 (NLT) says “He gives power to the weak and
strength to the powerless. Even youths will become weak and tired, and young
men will fall in exhaustion. But those who trust in the LORD will find new strength.
They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint.” Hallelujah. Indeed these
scriptures give a fact of life, that even the youth will become weak and tired,
but for you who trust in the LORD, you will find new strength. Our God, the
everlasting God never grows weak or weary (Isaiah 40v28), and He gives power to
the weak and strength to the powerless.
Are you in
need of strength today? Is your will diminishing, is your spirit weak, are your
emotions flailing, let God strengthen you. Psalm 73v26 (AMP) says “My flesh and
my heart may fail, but God is the Rock and firm Strength of my heart and my
Portion forever.” Amen. Are you in need of strength today? Turn to the Strength
of Israel (1 Samuel 15v29), and let Him strengthen you, He won’t fail you, and
He will harden you to difficulties. Praise the Lord.
