Exceeding/Abundantly

“Now to Him Who, by (in consequence of) the [action of His] power that is at work within us, is able to [carry out His purpose and] do superabundantly, far over and above all that we [dare] ask or think [infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, hopes, or dreams] –“ Ephesians 3v20 (AMP)

I don’t know if you have ever had a ‘wow’ moment. A moment when you saw the answers to your prayers in a way that you could never imagined it coming to pass. That is our God! Ephesians 3v20 (TLB) says “Now glory be to God, who by His mighty power at work within us is able to do far more than we would ever dare to ask or even dream of – infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, or hopes.” Beloved, let us begin to believe God and ask Him for the impossible. Let’s ask Him for the salvation of our families, loved ones, nations. Let’s ask Him for the power to witness and the grace to do good. Let’s ask Him for the gifts of His Spirit. Let’s ask Him for His anointing to execute diligent and excellent work in our work places, and for every project we lay our hands upon. Let’s ask Him for marriages filled with joy, peace, and love. Let’s believe Him for the move of His Spirit in our meetings, and for children who love and fear the Lord. Because of His power within us, He is able to do exceeding, abundantly above all that we could ever ask, imagine, hope and desire. Mary, a virgin was told that she would have a child. She asked, how can this thing be seeing I know not a man? “Then the angel said to her, The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you [like a shining cloud]; and so the holy (pure, sinless) Thing (Offspring) which shall be born of you will be called the Son of God.” (Luke 1v35, AMP). The Almighty God told Gideon, the number of men you have with you are too many. If they all fight, you may think that you are the ones who won this battle. Beloved, relax in the Lord – the battle is His and through His power that is at work in you, He will bring about a mighty victory in Jesus name, amen.

“The Lord then said to Gideon, “There are too many of you! I can’t let all of you fight the Midianites, for then the people of Israel will boast to Me that they saved themselves by their own strength! … “I’ll conquer the Midianites with these three hundred! “the Lord told Gideon. “Send all the others home!” Judges 7v2&7 (TLB)

Father God I worship You for You are the Almighty God. Father, show Yourself strong in my life in Jesus name, amen.
