Have faith in God

Hello everyone,

How are you doing on this day? I hope well and bubbling in the Lord.

Primary Text
“And Jesus, replying, said to them, Have faith in God [constantly].” Mark 11v22(AMP)

Hebrews 11v6 tells us that without faith we cannot be well pleasing to God. Indeed, one must believe that God is and that He rewards those who diligently seek Him. We thank God that He is a rewarder and that He hasn’t told the house of Jacob to seek Him in vain (Isaiah 45v19). Faith is one of the bedrocks of our Christianity. Indeed what separates us from unbelievers is that we believe in God, we believe in Jesus and we believe in the work that Jesus did on the Cross. Matthew 17v20 tells us that “…If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.” In other words, the mountain moving faith is so so small, as little as the grain of the mustard seed. Hallelujah. Beloved, have faith in God. What then is faith? Hebrews 11v1 (KJV) says “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” Faith begins where the will of God is known. What is the Lord saying about the situation you are going through? Hold on to His Word, and like Abraham, be fully persuaded that what He has promised, He is well able to perform.

Supplementary Text
“Faith means being sure of the things we hope for and knowing that something is real even if we do not see it.” Hebrews 11v1 (NCV)

“What is faith? It is the confident assurance that something we want is going to happen. It is the certainty that what we hope for is waiting for us, even though we cannot see it up ahead.” Hebrews 11v1 (TLB)

“Now faith is the assurance (the confirmation, the title deed) of the things [we] hope for, being the proof of things [we] do not see and the conviction of their reality [faith perceiving as real fact what is not revealed to the senses].” Hebrews 11v1 (AMP)

Prayer
Father, I thank You so much for Your word and the encouragement to have faith in You. Help me Lord to always look beyond what my senses are telling me and my situation is saying to me to have faith in You. I thank You and I appreciate You o God in Jesus name, amen.
