Good Plans for You

Dearly beloved. I trust this finds you well and bubbling in the Lord. Every person that was created was made for a purpose. God is the Creator of all people and all things and He has good plans for us. Jeremiah 29:11 (NLT) says that “For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.” God doesn’t have plans of disaster for you and I, He has good plans for us. He showed His immense love for us by sending Jesus to die on the cross for us.

It doesn’t matter what we see, what we feel or what situations dictate, the Word of God isn’t broken, and His Word says He has good plans for us. In fact, Ephesians 2v10 (AMPC) says “For we are God’s [own] handiwork (His workmanship), recreated in Christ Jesus, [born anew] that we may do those good works which God predestined (planned beforehand) for us [taking paths which He prepared ahead of time], that we should walk in them [living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us to live].”

Prayer

Father, we thank You and we honour You for the great plans You have for our lives. May we walk in them and follow the path You have laid out for us in Jesus name, amen.
