God is with You

Dearly beloved. I trust this finds you well and bubbling in the Lord. God is always with His children. He assures of us this in several ways in Scripture. Over the next few days, we will look at some of these scriptures. In Exodus 13:21-22 (NIV), we are told “By day the Lord went ahead of them in a pillar of cloud to guide them on their way and by night in a pillar of fire to give them light, so that they could travel by day or night. Neither the pillar of cloud by day nor the pillar of fire by night left its place in front of the people.” God did not leave His place by His people. 

We see the same message resound in the New Testament where Jesus said “And I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Comforter (Counselor, Helper, Intercessor, Advocate, Strengthener, and Standby), that He may remain with you forever– The Spirit of Truth, Whom the world cannot receive (welcome, take to its heart), because it does not see Him or know and recognize Him. But you know and recognize Him, for He lives with you [constantly] and will be in you.” John 14:16-17 (AMPC). Hallelujah. God is with you constantly and in you. Praise the Lord.
