Way Maker

Hello everyone,
How are you doing on this day? I hope well and bubbling in the Lord. We thank God for who He is - the Great and the Mighty God, and our Way Maker. We usually have plans about what we want to do, where we want to go and all of that. But God is the Way Maker. Without Him, the guarantees of whatever work you do being great, is practically nil (Psalm 127v1). But the Word of God reminds us in Psalm 37v5 that:

“Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in Him; and He shall bring it to pass.” Psalm 37v5

It is interesting that the Word of God says that after committing your way to God, trust in Him. Trust implies having confidence in someone. The Bible may be introducing the fact that we have to trust in God because things may happen along the way that may make you think that what you are hoping for would not come to pass. Trust may be put there to make us understand that regardless of what we see or feel, we should trust God, because He is the One who shall bring things to pass – and not we ourselves. Are you ready to trust in the Lord?

Have a very blessed day.

Our dearest Heavenly Father,
We thank You so much once again for Your love for us. We thank You for Your Word and for being our Way Maker. Thank You so much because You bring to pass our way that we commit to You, as we trust in You. Lord, in anyway we have taken matters into our own hands, hoping to bring it to pass with our own abilities, we sincerely apologize, in Jesus name, amen. We thank You for all the things which are yet to be brought to fruition. We thank You for the grace to commit them into Your hands, saying that we trust You Lord and know that You will bring it to pass, in Jesus name, amen.
