Do you not know?

Hello everyone,

How are you doing on this day? I hope well and bubbling in the Lord. We thank God for His mercies, goodness, grace and favor. He is indeed and truly faithful.

Primary Text
“Do you not know that the saints (the believers) will [one day] judge and govern the world? And if the world [itself] is to be judged and ruled by you, are you unworthy and incompetent to try [such petty matters] of the smallest courts of justice?” 1 Corinthians 6v2 (AMP)

The Apostle Paul here, by inspiration of God, tells that believers will one day judge and govern the world, and angels too. The Dakes reference Bible says “This refers to the Millennial and eternal reign of Jesus Christ and His saints. They will reign over all nations on earth and help administer the affairs of the universe forever (Isa. 9:6-7; Dan 2:44-45; 7:13-14, 27; Zech. 14; Mt.19:28; Lk.2:31-32; Rev.1:6,5:10;11:15;20:4;22:5).” “Then Peter answered Him, saying, Behold, we have left [our] all and have become Your disciples [sided with Your party and followed You]. What then shall we receive? Jesus said to them, Truly I say to you, in the new age [the Messianic rebirth of the world], when the Son of Man shall sit down on the throne of His glory, you who have [become My disciples, sided with My party and] followed Me will also sit on twelve thrones and judge the twelve tribes of Israel.” Matthew 19v27-28 (AMP). We thank God because right now Jesus is in heaven preparing a place for us, so that where He is, we also might be, and when all is ready, He will come for us (John 14v1-3). Have you ever taken time to think of, search out, imagine what you as a believer would be doing for all eternity after we have been raptured? Did you know that you will sit as a judge of the world and of angels?

Supplementary Text
“And the kingdom and dominion, and the greatness of the kingdom under the whole heaven, shall be given to the people of the saints of the most High, whose kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey Him.” Daniel 7v27 (KJV)
