Judging Unbelievers

Hello everyone,

How are you doing on this day? I hope well and bubbling in the Lord. We thank God for His faithfulness, love, and joy.

Primary Text
“What [business] of mine is it and what right have I to judge outsiders?...” 1 Corinthians 5v12 (AMP)

“I’m not responsible for what the outsiders do, …” 1 Corinthians 5v12 (MSG)

Outsiders are those who are unbelievers, and do not yet have the Spirit of God. Romans 8v7-8 (NLT) says “For the sinful nature is always hostile to God. It never did obey God’s laws, and it never will. That’s why those who are still under the control of their sinful nature can never please God.” For unbelievers, who are not in the family of God, we do not have a responsibility for them and we cannot bring them to be accountable to what we believe. Although, as Hebrews 9v27 (KJV) says “And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:” they too, like us, will still face judgment, whereby we will all give account for the deeds done in our bodies, whether good or bad (2 Corinthians 5v10).  John 3v17-18 (KJV) says “For God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through Him might be saved. He that believeth on Him is not condemned; but He that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.” We do pray though that God will continue to send laborers to them, and may we be to them in Jesus name, amen.

Supplementary Text
“For we must all appear and be revealed as we are before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each one may receive [his pay] according to what he has done in the body, whether good or evil [considering what his purpose and motives have been, and what he has achieved, been busy with, and given himself and his attention to accomplishing].” 2 Corinthians 5v10 (AMP)

Prayer
Heavenly Father, we thank You for the salvation of our souls. We pray for those who are outside the body of Christ, that You will send labourers to them in Jesus name, amen. We pray that their minds be opened and they will receive the glorious gospel of Christ in Jesus name, amen. Please keep us till the end, that when You come, we will not be found wanting in Jesus name, amen.
