Overcomers!
Hello everyone,
How are you doing on this day? I hope well and bubbling in the Lord. We thank God for His amazing love and care for us. How is your relationship with the Lord? Do you have the reputation of being “alive” but in fact are dead? It is time to repent and turn back to God, if your works are not meeting the requirements of God. This was the message of the Lord to the church in Sardis. In all of this though, the Word of the Lord says that:

“”Yet there are some in the church in Sardis who have not soiled their clothes with evil. They will walk with me in white, for they are worthy. All who are victorious will be clothed in white. I will never erase their names from the Book of Life, but I will announce before My Father and His angels that they are mine. “Anyone with ears to hear must listen to the Spirit and understand what He is saying to the churches.” Revelations 3v4-6 (NLT)
“Thou hast a few names even in Sardis which have not defiled their garments; and they shall walk with Me in white: for they are worthy. He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before My Father, and before His angels. He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.” Revelations 3v4-6 (KJV)
Beloved, let’s think and look ahead. Is your name written in the Book of life? Even in the midst of the church in Sardis, which was said to be alive but dead, there were still some that have been identified as not having soiled their clothes. Beloved, don’t be disillusioned to think everyone is sinning and getting away with it, and you are all in the same boat. We all would give account for what we have done in our own body. And as you see in the Church in Sardis, there are those whose garments are still white – basically, it is possible to overcome even when all others seem not to be.

Prayer
Father, we thank You for Your Word this day. We thank You for what the Spirit is saying to the Church. We thank You for the Book of life. We ask that You keep us by Your power. We thank You for saving us by grace, and pray we never take this grace for granted. Keep us till the end in You, and let Your name alone be glorified in our lives in Jesus name we pray, amen.
