He is LORD!

Hello everyone,
How are you doing on this day? I hope well and bubbling in the Lord.

Primary Text
“[And He] has now entered into heaven and is at the right hand of God, with [all] angels and authorities and powers made subservient to Him.” 1 Peter 3v22 (AMP)

Hallelujah – we serve a resurrected Lord. Where is Jesus? He is at the right hand of the Father, and all angels, authorities, and powers are subject to Him. In fact, Colossians 1v15-17 (AMP) tells us that “[Now] He is the exact likeness of the unseen God [the visible representation of the invisible]; He is the Firstborn of all creation. For it was in Him that all things were created, in heaven and on earth, things seen and things unseen, whether thrones, dominions, rulers, or authorities; all things were created and exist through Him [by His service, intervention] and in and for Him. And He Himself existed before all things, and in Him all things consist (cohere, are held together).” Whether people acknowledge it or not, Jesus is Lord. We were created by Him, and through Him and for Him, and because of Him we consist. Ephesians 1v19-23 (NLT) says “I also pray that you will understand the incredible greatness of God’s power for us who believe Him. This is the same mighty power that raised Christ from the dead and seated Him in the place of honor at God’s right hand in the heavenly realms. Now He is far above any ruler or authority or power or leader or anything else – not only in this world but also in the world to come. God has put all things under the authority of Christ and has made Him head over all things for the benefit of the church. And the church is His body; it is made full and complete by Christ, who fills all things everywhere with Himself.”

Supplementary Text
“And after He had appeared in human form, He abased and humbled Himself [still further] and carried His obedience to the extreme of death, even the death of the cross! Therefore [because He stooped so low] God has highly exalted Him and has freely bestowed on Him the name that is above every name, That in (at) the name of Jesus every knee should (must) bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, And every tongue [frankly and openly] confess and acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Philippians 4v8-11 (AMP)

Prayer
Heavenly Father we thank You for this day. Father, there is so much we do not know about You and Jesus and the Holy Spirit, and what You have in store for us. We pray this day for the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of You, and that the eyes of our understanding will be enlightened in Jesus name, amen. Thank You for answering our prayers in Jesus name, amen.
