Call upon the name of Jesus

Hello everyone,

How are you doing on this day? I hope well and bubbling in the Lord. We thank God for His goodness, His faithfulness, and for the salvation of our souls. We thank God for the hope that we have in Him. Blessed be His holy name forevermore, in Jesus name, amen.

Primary Text
“Unto the church of God which is at Corinth, to them that are sanctified in Christ Jesus, called to be saints, with all that in every place call upon the name of Jesus Christ …” 1 Corinthians 1v2 (KJV)

Are you one of those that call upon the name of Jesus? There is a song that says – There is power in the name of Jesus (*3), to break every chain, break every chain, break every chain. Hallelujah. Are you broken, discouraged, unhappy, depressed, sad, suicidal, in any form of bondage. Jesus is the solution. Acts 4v12 (AMP) telling us “And there is salvation in and through no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by and in which we must be saved.” Moreoever, the Bible tells us in Acts 2v21 (AMP) that “And it shall be that whoever shall call upon the name of the Lord [invoking, adoring, and worshiping the Lord – Christ] shall be saved.” We see in Scripture, people who had issues, coming to Jesus, and not remaining the same – the blind began to see (Mark 10v46-52), the dead brought back to life (Mark 5v22-23, 35-43, John 11v1-45), a mad man healed (Mark 5v1-21), the woman with the issue of blood was healed (Mark 5v25-34). What are you going through today? Call on the name of Jesus, let Him come and save you.

Supplementary Text
“Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy-laden and overburdened, and I will cause you to rest. [I will ease and relieve and refresh your souls.] Take My yoke upon you and learn of Me, for I am gentle (meek) and humble (lowly) in heart, and you will find rest (relief and ease and refreshment and recreation and blessed quiet) for your souls. For My yoke is wholesome (useful, good – not harsh, hard, sharp, or pressing, but comfortable, gracious, and pleasant), and My burden is light and easy to be borne.” Matthew 11v28-30 (AMP)
