His eyes are on you

Hello everyone,

How are you doing on this day? I hope well and bubbling in the Lord.

Primary Text
Behold, the eye of the Lord is upon them that fear Him, upon them that hope in His mercy; To deliver their soul from death, and to keep them alive in famine. Our soul waiteth for the Lord: He is our help and our shield.” Psalm 33v18-20 (KJV)

But the eyes of the Lord are watching over those who fear Him, who rely upon His steady love. He will keep them from death even in times of famine! We depend upon the Lord alone to save us. Only He can help us; He protects us like a shield. We depend upon the Lord alone to save us. Only He can help us; He protects us like a shield.” Psalm 33v18-20 (TLB)

Our God is a faithful and true God, and He is our help. The Bible tells us His eyes are upon those who fear Him. Hallelujah. That means, nothing can happen to us without Him knowing about it – for His eyes are upon us. O Lord, our eyes are on You, You are our strength, our Rock and our Deliverer and we have no other help but You. Psalm 33v16-17 (AMP) says “ No king is saved by the great size and power of his army; a mighty man is not delivered by [his] much strength. A horse is devoid of value for victory; neither does he deliver any by his great power.” Indeed the greatest ally a man can have is the Almighty God. And He has sent us His Spirit to be with us and to help us, reminding us that “Then he said, “This is God’s message to Zerubbabel: ‘Not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit, says the Lord Almighty—you will succeed because of My Spirit, though you are few and weak’” (Zechariah 4v6, TLB). Psalm 108v12 (KJV) says “Give us help from trouble: for vain is the help of man.” And the amazing thing is that God is not tired of helping His own. Like a woman who cannot forget her suckling child, so God cannot forget us. In 1 Chronicles 16 we see king Asa of Judah who relied on the Lord in time past for help against the Ethiopians and the Lubiams, and then when a problem arose from the king of Israel, he went to seek the help of the king of Syria. What message did the Lord send to him: “Were not the Cushites and Libyans a mighty army with great numbers of chariots and horsemen? Yet when you relied on the Lord, he delivered them into your hand. For the eyes of the Lord range throughout the earth to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to Him. You have done a foolish thing, and from now on you will be at war.”” (v8-9, NIV). Beloved, let us seek the Lord always as our help.
