God With Us

Hello everyone,

How are you doing on this day? I hope well and bubbling in the Lord. The Bible says:-

Primary Text: Romans 8v37
“Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him that loved us.” Romans 8v37 (KJV)

“Yet amid all these things we are more than conquerors and gain a surpassing victory through Him Who loved us.” Romans 8v37 (AMP)

Trials, tribulations, distress, sorrow, temptations, economic downturns … Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him that loved us. But it is important that we stay connected to Him, and remember that it is through Him that we get the victory. God has been faithful in time past, He has not disappointed you. Don’t go and look for another way of doing things and accomplishing victory. The arm of man will fail you, and besides promotion comes from the Lord. “Taste and see that the Lord [our God] is good! Blessed (happy, fortunate, to be envied) is the man who trusts and takes refuge in Him” (Psalm 34v8, AMP). Nowhere in Scripture does it record God sending His people out without the assurance that He will be with them. When they are afraid and have a great task ahead, He says, I am with you. When HE gave the great commission, He said, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world (Matthew 28v20). He said, I will not leave you comfortless, I will come to you (John 14v18), wait for the promise of the Father (Acts 1v4). And He said, “And I will pray the Father, and He shall give you another Comforter, that He may abide with us forever, even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth Him not, neither knoweth Him: but ye know Him; for He dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.” John 14v16-17. The Spirit of Christ is now with us, God is with us, … and if God be for us, who can be against us? (Romans 8v31)

Supplementary Text:
“And now, behold, the children of Ammon and Moab and mount Seir, whom Thou wouldest not let Israel invade, when they came out of the land of Egypt, but they turned from them, and destroyed them not; Behold, I say, how they reward us, to come to cast us out of Thy possession, which Thou hast given us to inherit. O our God, wilt Thou not judge them? for we have no might against this great company that cometh against us; neither know we what to do: but our eyes are upon Thee. And all Judah stood before the LORD, with their little ones, their wives, and their children. Then upon Jahaziel the son of Zechariah, the son of Benaiah, the son of Jeiel, the son of Mattaniah, a Levite of the sons of Asaph, came the Spirit of the LORD in the midst of the congregation; And he said, Hearken ye, all Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem, and thou king Jehoshaphat, Thus saith the LORD unto you, Be not afraid nor dismayed by reason of this great multitude; for the battle is not yours, but God’s.” 2 Chronicles 20v10-15

“And the Lord will give them over to you, and you shall do to them according to all the commandments which I have commanded you. Be strong, courageous, and firm; fear not nor be in terror before them, for it is the Lord your God Who goes with you; He will not fail you or forsake you. And Moses called to Joshua and said to him in the sight of all Israel, Be strong, courageous, and firm, for you shall go with this people into the land which the Lord has sworn to their fathers to give them, and you shall cause them to possess it. It is the Lord Who goes before you; He will [march] with you; He will not fail you or let you go or forsake you; [let there be no cowardice or flinching, but] fear not, neither become broken [in spirit -- depressed, dismayed, and unnerved with alarm].” Deuteronomy 31v5-8 (AMP)

“But thanks be to God, Who in Christ always leads us in triumph [as trophies of Christ’s victory] and through us spreads and makes evident the fragrance of the knowledge of God everywhere,” 2 Corinthians 2v14 (AMP)

Prayer
Father, we thank You for Your Word this day, because You are with us, we shall not fear in Jesus name, amen.
