Remain rapturable!

Hello everyone,

How are you doing today? I hope well and bubbling in the Lord.

Primary Text
“But we look for new heavens and a new earth according to His promise, in which righteousness (uprightness, freedom from sin, and right standing with God) is to abide. So, beloved, since you are expecting these things, be eager to be found by Him [at His coming] without spot or blemish and at peace [in serene confidence, free from fears and agitating passions and moral conflicts]” 2 Peter 3v13-14 (AMP)

Dearly beloved, since we have these promises, and we are looking forward to a new earth and new heaven, we are encouraged to be eager (to make every effort, try our best) to be pure and blameless in His sight. Jesus is coming back soon for His bride, and we want to be found in Him when He comes. As 1 Peter 4v7 (NIV) says “The end of all things is near. Therefore be alert and of sober mind so that you may pray.” Amen.

Supplementary Text
“Dear brothers and sisters, honor those who are your leaders in the Lord’s work. They work hard among you and give you spiritual guidance. Show them great respect and wholehearted love because of their work. And live peacefully with each other. Brothers and sisters, we urge you to warn those who are lazy. Encourage those who are timid. Take tender care of those who are weak. Be patient with everyone. See that no one pays back evil for evil, but always try to do good to each other and to all people. Always be joyful. Never stop praying. Be thankful in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you who belong to Christ Jesus. Do not stifle the Holy Spirit. Do not scoff at prophecies, but test everything that is said. Hold on to what is good. Stay away from every kind of evil. Now may the God of peace make you holy in every way, and may your whole spirit and soul and body be kept blameless until our Lord Jesus Christ comes again. God will make this happen, for He who calls you is faithful. Dear brothers and sisters, pray for us.” 1 Thessalonians 5v12-25 (NLT)

Prayer
Father, we thank You so much for who You are. Father we pray, that even in Your faithfulness,  that You will make us holy in every way, and keep our whole spirit, soul, and body blameless until our Lord Jesus Christ comes again in Jesus name, amen.
