The Word of God is Powerful

Dearly beloved. I trust this finds you well and bubbling in the Lord. The Word of God is powerful, and the Word of God is God Himself. John 1v1-3 (AMPC) tells us that “In the beginning [before all time] was the Word (Christ), and the Word was with God, and the Word was God Himself. He was present originally with God. All things were made and came into existence through Him; and without Him was not even one thing made that has come into being.” Hallelujah.

Colossians 1v15-17 (AMPC) further tells us that “[Now] He is the exact likeness of the unseen God [the visible representation of the invisible]; He is the Firstborn of all creation. For it was in Him that all things were created, in heaven and earth, things seen and unseen, whether thrones, dominions, rulers, or authorities; all things were created and exist through Him [by His service, intervention] and in Him and for Him. And He Himself existed before all things, and in Him all things consist (cohere, are held together).” Without Jesus we won’t exist, and because of Him we continue to consist. Hallelujah. Jesus is the Word of God, and He is powerful. Hallelujah.  

Prayer

Father, we thank You for Your Word. We thank You for Jesus, the Word of God. How powerful is the Word of God. We revere You Lord and we ask that the Word of God will dwell richly in our hearts in Jesus name, amen.
