Eeew!

Hello everyone,

How are you doing on this day? I hope well and bubbling in the Lord. Grace and peace be multiplied unto you in Jesus name, amen. There are somethings in life that we see and it make us cry out “eeeeuw” in disgust. I would rather not mention them. But the Bible tells us that:

“As a dog returns to its vomit, so a fool repeats his folly.” Proverbs 26v11 (NIV)
“As a dog eats its own vomit, so fools recycle silliness.” Proverbs 26v11 (The Message).
“Of them the proverbs are true: “A dog returns to its vomit,” and, “A sow that is washed goes back to her wallowing in the mud.” 2 Peter 2v22 (NIV)

Now, if you see a dog eating its own vomit, or a sow (pig) that has been washed clean going back to rub itself in the mud, you will most likely say…. Exactly eeewww. But you know, there may be somethings that you let go of because you knew it wasn’t right towards God or was bad for you, you may have even said that never again, would I do it again. You know what the Bible likens you to when you do that again. Exactly. Don’t get yourself into a eeeuw situation. Stay away from that vomit and that mud! Check yourself for all of these things and ask God for the strength not to be a eeeuw situation. As the message Bible put it – don’t recycle silliness.

Have a very blessed day.
