Commit to The LORD, and Trust…
Hello everyone,
How are you doing on this day? I hope well and bubbling in the Lord, and delighting in Him. We thank God for another wonderful day which He has made, which we can rejoice and be glad in. Today’s daily encouragement is from Psalm 37v5, which is also a verse I really like, and it says:
“Commit everything you do to the LORD. Trust Him, and He will help you.” Psalm 37v5 (New Living Translation)
“Commit your way to the Lord [roll and repose each care of your load on Him]; trust (lean on, rely on, and be confident) also in Him and He will bring it to pass.” Psalm 37v5 (Amplified Bible)
“Open up before God, keep nothing back; He’ll do whatever needs to be done:” Psalm 37v5 (The Message)
“Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in Him; and He shall bring it to pass.” Psalm 37v5 (King James Version).
So basically, commit your way –your works, your fears, your treasures,…. Everything unto the LORD, and trust in Him, and He will bring it to pass. Stop fretting and worrying about it.
(I once listened to a message about the Lord of lords, and the Pastor using Scripture showed that the Lord is the One who causes things to happen. Won’t you allow the Lord to cause things to happen for you?)
