Proverbs for thought

Hello everyone,

How are you doing on this day? I hope well and bubbling in the Lord. We thank God for His wisdom, which is profitable to direct. The Bible tells us that:

“For the turning away of the simple shall slay them, and the prosperity of fools shall destroy them.
But whoso hearkeneth unto me shall dwell safely, and shall be quiet from fear of evil.” Proverbs 1v32-33 (King James Version)

“For the backsliding of the simple shall slay them, and the careless ease of [self-confident] fools shall destroy them.
But whoso hearkens to me (Wisdom) shall dwell securely and in confident trust and shall be quiet, without fear or dread of evil.” Proverbs 1v32-33 (Amplified Bible)

“Fools will die because they refuse to listen; they will be destroyed because they do not care.
But those who listen to me will live in safety and be at peace, without fear of injury.” Proverbs 1v32-33 (New Century Version)

Take heed how you hear, what you are told, the instructions, advice, counsel you receive. Take heed to follow the Word and do as it says, to take to wisdom … so that you will live in safety and be at peace, without fear of injury. Don’t be complacent, don’t take on an “I don’t care attitude” – fear God, and turn from evil.

Have a very blessed weekend.
