My Eyes

“My son, give me your heart and let your eyes observe and delight in My ways,” Proverbs 23v26 (AMP)

Beloved, what are your eyes observing? God is saying, let your eyes observe and delight in My ways. What are the ways of God? Where might I look for it? If God is asking me to go about it, how should I go about doing it? The Psalmist utters this prayer: “Open my eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of Your law.” Psalm 119v18 (AMP). One place we can start is by looking into the Word of God. On the other hand, it is possible to fix our eyes on vain and worthless things, Psalm 119v37 saying “Turn my eyes from worthless things, and give me life through your word.” Psalm 119v37 (NLT)

Father, we thank You for Your Word. We pray that You would open our eyes o Lord that we might behold mighty things out of Your Word in Jesus name, amen.
