The Builder

Hello everyone,

How are you doing on this day? I hope well and bubbling in the Lord.

Primary Text
“For [of course] every house is built and furnished by someone, but the Builder of all things and the Furnisher [of the entire equipment of all things] is God.” Hebrews 3v4 (AMP)

It’s a wonderful thing to know that our lives are in the hands of God and that He is the builder of all things. What is even better is if we give Him the reins of our life to be the builder of it. This is very important to do because Psalm 127v1 (KJV) says “Except the LORD build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the LORD keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain.” Beloved, is God the Builder of the life, marriage, career, family, business, faith that you are building? If He is not, then your work becomes useless and unable to stand. God is the overseer that can cause everything that we do to prosper and to last. He can give us the wisdom, knowledge, and understanding to make practical decisions. Proverbs 3v3-4 (AMP) saying “Through skillful and godly Wisdom is a house (a life, a home, a family) built, and by understanding it is established [on a sound and good foundation], And by knowledge shall its chambers [of every area] be filled with all precious and pleasant riches.” Furthermore, by heeding to His word and His ways, whatever house (life, family, career) we have can stand the test of time when the storms come.

Supplementary Text
““Therefore everyone who hears these words of Mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock. But everyone who hears these words of Mine and does not put them into practice is like a foolish man who built his house on sand. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell with a great crash.”” Matthew 7v24-27 (NIV)

Prayer
Father, I thank You because You are the Builder of all things. Father, I pray that You will build all that pertains to me in Jesus name, amen.
