Rejoicing of the heart

Hello everyone,

How are you doing on this day? I hope well and bubbling in the Lord.

Primary Text: Psalm 105v3
“Glory in His holy name; let the hearts of those rejoice who seek and require the Lord [as their indispensable necessity].” Psalm 105v3 (AMP)

The Bible here exhorts us to glory in God’s holy name, to exult in His holy name, to honor His holy name. How wonderful it is to praise the name of the Lord, and to call Him by His names, to exhort Him and be acquainted with who He is. He is the Great I am, the Lord of hosts, the Lord of heaven’s armies, our Father, our Counselor, He is God…. just to worship Him. Again we are told that let the hearts of those rejoice who seek and require the Lord. As believers, we have every cause to rejoice. Sometimes, situations may try to get us down, but as we glory in His holy name, as we sing His praises, as we thank Him and remember all His great works, I think, joy will begin to come into your heart, even as the presence of God comes. For His word says “Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in Thy presence is fullness of joy; at Thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore” (Psalm 16v11) and “But Thou art holy, O Thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel” (Psalm 22v3). Hallelujah!

Supplementary Text:
“Let all those that seek Thee rejoice and be glad in Thee: let such as love Thy salvation say continually, The LORD be magnified.” Psalm 40v16 (AMP)

“When Thou sadist, Seek ye My face; my heart said unto Thee, Thy face, LORD, will I seek.” Psalm 27v8 (KJV)

Prayer
