His Love
Hello everyone,
How are you doing on this day? I hope well and bubbling in the Lord.
Primary Text: Jeremiah 31v3
“The Lord appeared from of old to me [Israel], saying, Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love; therefore with loving-kindness have I drawn you and continued My faithfulness to you.” Jeremiah 31v3 (AMP)
Now, if a question were to be asked, how many of you know that God loves you. Hmmm… On the one hand, there may be some who emphatically raise their hand and shout hallelujah, clapping their hands because they know that they know that they know that God loves them. And others, because the Bible says so, they raise their hands. And some, because of what they have experienced or a currently experiencing are uncertain. But God loves us. He loves us with an everlasting love. Even when we were sinners, He loved us. The Cross is ever a symbol of that love. Its not because we are perfect, or for what we have done that He extended salvation to us, but because of His grace, and His love, for the Word says – For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believes in Him, will not perish but have everlasting life (John 3v16). No matter where you are at, God loves you, He doesn’t want anyone to perish, and even the vilest offender, is included in this love. The Psalmist writes “But each day the LORD pours His unfailing love upon me, and through each night I sing His songs, praying to God who gives me life.” Psalm 42v8 (NLT). Psalm 44 speaks of how the victory the Israelites had, was because of God’s love, His favor for them. Child of God, God loves you, just see all that He has brought you through.

“They did not conquer the land with their swords; it was not their strong arm that gave them victory. It was your right hand and strong arm and the blinding light from Your face that helped them, for You loved them.” Psalm 44v3 (NLT)

Dear Heavenly Father, thank You so much for loving me with an everlasting love in Jesus name, amen.
