Just a Reminder!
Hello everyone,
How are you doing on this day? I hope well and bubbling in the Lord. This may be something we have heard before, but it is good to remind ourselves sometimes. The Bible says:
Primary Text:
“For by [means of the personal agency of] one [Holy] Spirit we were all, whether Jews of Greeks, slaves or free, baptized [and by baptism united together] into one body, and all made to drink of one [Holy] Spirit. For the body does not consist of one limb or organ but of many. If the foot should say, Because I am not the hand, I do not belong to the body, would it be therefore not [a part] of the body? If the ear should say, Because I am not the eye, I do not belong to the body, would it be therefore not [a part] of the body?... And if one member suffers, all the parts [share] the suffering; if one member is honored, all the members [share in] the enjoyment of it. Now you [collectively] are Christ’s body and [individually] you are members of it, each part severally and distinct [each with his own place and function]. 1 Corinthians 12v13-16, 26-27 (KJV)
We are a team. So let’s stop competing with one another, and back biting against one another. We should look out for one another. Pray for one another. Be there for one another. There is this song which says: “I need you, you need me. We’re all a part of God’s body. Stand with me, agree with me, We’re all a part of God’s body. It is His will, that every need be supplied. You are important to me, I need you to survive … I pray for you, You pray for me. I love you, I need you to survive. I won’t harm you with words from my mouth. I love you, I need you to survive.” You are important, your brother is important, your sister is important. You are needed, we are all needed. We are all part of the body of Christ.

“BEHOLD, How good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!” Psalm 133v1
Prayer
Father Lord, I thank You for Your Word this day. Father, I thank You for the body of Christ of which I am a part of. Father, help me to be a good team player, to serve my brothers and sisters in love, and be who You want me to be in the body in Jesus name, amen.
