Keeping with the Truth!

Hello everyone,
How are you doing on this day? I hope well and bubbling in the Lord. We thank God for His grace, His love, and His anointing which teaches us all things (1 John 2v27).

Primary Text: Matthew 24v23-25
“Then if any many shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not. For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. Behold, I have told you before.” Matthew 24v23-25 (KJV)

Dearly beloved, in these days, it is important to know God for ourselves, for us to grow in grace and in the knowledge of God. (2 Peter 3v17). The scripture above talks about a time when there will arise false Christs, false prophets, that will even seek to deceive the very elect. There may be those who will be making a mockery of Jesus coming back, for instance, the Bible saying: “Most importantly, I want to remind you that in the last days scoffers will come, mocking the truth and following their own desires. They will say, “What happened to the promise that Jesus is coming again? From before the times of our ancestors, everything has remained the same since the world was first created.” 2 Peter 3v3-4 (NLT). In 1 John 2, the Bible tells us of those who will seek to lead us astray. But we thank God for the Holy Spirit, who teaches us everything we need to know. Let us yearn to have a deeper walk with God, to keep the faith, and our confession of who Jesus is, looking and waiting expectantly for His coming. Hallelujah.

Supplementary Text
“And who is a liar? Anyone who says that Jesus is not the Christ. Anyone who denies the Father and the Son is an antichrist. Anyone who denies the Son doesn’t have the Father, either. But anyone who acknowledges the Son has the Father also. So you must remain faithful to what you have been taught from the beginning. If you do, you will remain in fellowship with the Son and with the Father. And in this fellowship we enjoy the eternal life he promised us. I am writing these things to warn you about those who want to lead you astray. But you have received the Holy Spirit, and he lives within you, so you don’t need anyone to teach you what is true. For the Spirit teaches you everything you need to know, and what he teaches is true—it is not a lie. So just as he has taught you, remain in fellowship with Christ.” 1 John 2v22-27
