God’s Fool!

Hello everyone,

How are you doing on this day? I hope well and bubbling in the Lord.

“Don’t fool yourself. Don’t think that you can be wise merely by being up-to-date with the times. Be God’s fool – that’s the path to true wisdom. What the world calls smart, God calls stupid. It’s written in Scripture, He exposes the chicanery of the chic. The Master sees through the smoke screens of the know-it-alls.” 1 Corinthians 3v18-20 (MSG)

“For this world’s wisdom is foolishness (absurdity and stupidity) with God, for it is written, He lays hold of the wise in their [own] craftiness;” 1 Corinthians 3v19 (AMP)

Hallelujah. Isaiah 55v8-9 (NLT) tells us ““My thoughts are nothing like your thoughts,” says the LORD. “And My ways are far beyond anything you could imagine. For just as the heavens are higher than the earth, so My ways are higher than Your ways and My thoughts higher than your thoughts.” You may think you know, but who is telling you what you know? What does God say about it? Remember He is the Ancient of days, and your Creator. Proverbs 2v6-8 (MSG) says “And here’s why: God gives out Wisdom free, is plainspoken in Knowledge and Understanding. He’s a rich mine of Common Sense for those who live well, a personal bodyguard to the candid and sincere. He keeps His eye on all who live honestly, and pays special attention to His loyally committed ones.” Child of God, God has the words of life. Follow His wisdom.

Supplementary Text
“My son, forget not my law or teaching, but let your heart keep my commandments; For length of days and years of a life [worth living] and tranquility [inward and outward and continuing through old age till death], these shall they add to you. Let not mercy and kindness [shutting out all hatred and selfishness] and truth [shutting out all deliberate hypocrisy or falsehood] forsake you; bind them about your neck, write them upon the tablet of your heart. So shall you find favor, good understanding, and high esteem in the sight [or judgment] of God and man. Lean on, trust in, and be confident in the Lord with all your heart and mind and do not rely on your own insight or understanding. In all your ways know, recognize, and acknowledge Him, and He will direct and make straight and plain your paths.” Proverbs 3v1-6 (AMP)

Prayer
Father, thank You for Your wisdom.
