Not a hair! Take heart!
Hello everybody,
How are you doing on this day? I hope well and bubbling in the Lord. We thank God for His mercies, and His grace over our lives, and for another week gone by well. He alone is worthy of all our praise, and all our adoration and all the glory and we ascribe all praise, and adoration, and glory to His name in Jesus name, amen. The Bible tells us that:
“You will be betrayed even by parents, brothers, relatives and friends, and they will put some of you to death.
All men will hate you because of Me.
But not a hair of your head will perish.” Luke 21v16-18
Beloved, some of the signs of the end times, will be betrayals by those whom we love and trust, respect and honor. Jesus also told His disciples of hatred because of Him. Now if you are thinking, but why? Let’s see what the Bible says in John 15v18-22:
“If the world hates you, remember that it hated Me first.
The world would love you as one of its own if you belonged to it, but you are no longer part of the world. I chose you to come out of the world, so it hates you.
Do you remember what I told you? ‘A slave is not greater than the master.’ Since they persecuted Me, naturally they will persecute you. And if they had listened to Me, they would listen to you.
They will do all this to you because of Me, for they have rejected the One who sent me.
They would not be guilty if I had not come and spoken to them. But now they have no excuse for their sin.” John 15v18-22 (New Living Translation)
But remember, in all of these things, Jesus said:
“I have told you all this so that you may have peace in Me. Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows. But take heart, because I have overcome the world.” John 16v31
