Hello everyone,
How are you doing on this day? I hope well and bubbling in the Lord. Happy new month. May you walk closer with the Lord than ever before even in this month of May in Jesus name, amen. Psalm 37v7 says:
“Be still and rest in the Lord; wait for Him and patiently lean yourself upon Him; fret not yourself because of him who prospers in his way, because of the man who brings wicked devices to pass.” Psalm 37v7 (Amplified Bible)
“Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for Him: fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass.” Psalm 37v7 (King James Version)
“Be still in the presence of the LORD, and wait patiently for Him to act. Don’t worry about evil people who prosper or fret about their wicked schemes.” Psalm 37v7 (New Living Translation).
It could be easy to look around us and get discouraged at those who are prospering, perhaps legally, and sometimes not so. It might be discouraging to look around, check the news, perhaps even our work places, or schools, and see that there are people who are bringing wicked schemes to pass. God is saying, don’t fret about all these things. You rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for Him. You are the King’s kid. Remember that “As the bird wandering, as the swallow by flying, so the curse causeless shall not come” Proverbs 26v2. Remember that he that dwelleth in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Most High (Psalm 91v1), and if God be for you, who shall be against you (Romans 8v31). Remember that greater is He that is in you, than he that is in the world (1 John 4v4). See also 2 Kings 6v8-17.

Prayer point: Can we remember the politicians in our land, that God will send labourers to them, and that He will give them a heart and grace that will enable them to really care for in their constituencies, in Jesus name, amen.
