Overcomers in Christ!
Hello everyone,
How are you doing on this day? I hope well and bubbling in the Lord. We thank God for His mercies, His grace, His love for us. He is faithful, and He is the best Comfort we could ever ask for. The Word of the Lord tells us in Psalm 37v32 that:
“The wicked watcheth the righteous, and seeketh to slay him.”
Just as we see in 1 Peter 5v8 that:
“Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom to devour:”
And also:
“Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.” 11 Corinthians 2v11
And
“The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.” John 10v10
But then we thank God because Psalm 37v33 says:
“The LORD will not leave him in his hand, nor condemn him when he is judged.”
And again:
“Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ…” 2 Corinthians 2v14
Undoubtedly there is a war. The devil is looking for whom to devour, but as 2 Corinthians 2v14 says, we give thanks to God for He always causes us to triumph in Christ. Hallelujah. Hang in there! God will not leave you in the hand of the wicked. Remember, none can pluck you out of His hand (John 10v28)
