An Observation!

Hello everyone,

How are you doing on this day? I hope well and bubbling in the Lord. We thank God for His mercies, His grace, His love for us. The book of Psalms makes a very important observation, where the Bible says:

“I have been young and now am old, yet have I not seen the [uncompromisingly] righteous forsaken or their seed begging bread.” Psalm 37v25 (Amplified Bible)

“Once I was young, and now I am old. Yet I have never seen the godly abandoned or their children begging for bread.” Psalm 37v25 (New Living Translation)

Hallelujah. Jesus said in John 14 that:

“If you [really] love Me, you will keep (obey) My commands.

And I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Comforter (Counselor, Helper, Intercessor, Advocate, Strengthener, and Standby), that He may remain with you forever--

The Spirit of Truth, Whom the world cannot receive (welcome, take to its heart), because it does not see Him or know and recognize Him. But you know and recognize Him, for He lives with you [constantly] and will be in you.

I will not leave you as orphans [comfortless, desolate, bereaved, forlorn, helpless]; I will come [back] to you.” John 14v15-18 (Amplified Bible)

What wonderful promises! But note that it is those who love Jesus who obey His commands. So we see in Psalm 37v25 that the righteous are not forsaken. Beloved, you are not forsaken, not now, not ever, regardless of what is happening. The Holy Spirit is right there with you. Sometimes you might want God to be right beside you in what you are going through or experiencing. But the fact is that He is there. Jesus had told His disciples that it was expedient for them that He go away, because if He went, He could send the Spirit to them (John 16v7). And since He has gone, He has asked the Father for the Spirit. So the third Person in the Trinity, God the Holy Spirit is right there with you, and living in you. Be strong. Bond with Him. God is with you. Be encouraged and walk in that knowledge.

Have a very blessed day.

Prayer point: Lord of the harvest, please send forth labourers into Your vineyard, for the harvest indeed is plenteous, but the labourers are few in Jesus name, amen.
