Hello everyone,

How are you doing on this day? I hope well and bubbling in the Lord.

Primary Text

“And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to His purpose.” Romans 8v28 (KJV)

“We are assured and know that [God being a partner in their labor] all things work together and are [fitting into a plan] for good to and for those who love God and are called according to [His] design and purpose.” Romans 8v28 (AMP)

  

“That’s why we can be so sure that every detail in our lives of love for God is worked into something good.” Romans 8v28 (MSG)

There is a plan. A master plan. A glorious plan. And it is God’s plan. Our God is a good God and He is always in control. Nothing catches Him by surprise, and nothing is too difficult for Him. In Jeremiah 29v11, God tells us that He knows the plans (the thoughts) He thinks towards us. They are thoughts of peace and not of evil to give us a future, a hope and an expected end. Ephesians 2v10 (AMP) also says: “For we are His workmanship [His own master work, a work of art], created in Christ Jesus [reborn from above—spiritually transformed, renewed, ready to be used] for good works, which God prepared [for us] beforehand [taking paths which He set], so that we would walk in them [living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us].” God is always working. Sometimes we get fixated on the temporal, or the immediate, and fail to understand that there is a bigger purpose and a greater plan, and God is working all things together for the good of those who love Him, who are the called according to His purpose.

Prayer

Father, we thank You for Your Word. We thank You for Your plan of salvation. We thank You for making us a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a peculiar people that we may shew forth the praises of Him who hath called us out of darkness into His marvelous light. Hallelujah. We thank You Father, and ask that You glorify Yourself in our lives this day and evermore in Jesus name, amen. We thank You because all things are working together for our good because we love You and we are called according to Your purpose. Blessed be Your holy name forevermore, in Jesus name we pray, amen.
