Our God

Hello everyone,

How are you doing on this day? I hope well and bubbling in the Lord.

Primary Text

“What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?” Romans 8v31 (KJV)

“What then shall we say to [all] this? If God is for us, who [can be] against us? [Who can be our foe, if God is on our side?]” Romans 8v31 (AMP)

“So, what do you think? With God on our side like this, how can we lose?” Romans 8v31 (MSG)

If the God of heaven and earth, the Creator of all things is for you, who can be against you? If the One who spoke the world into existence, and caused the children of Israel to walk on dry land in the midst of the Red Sea is for you, who can be against you? If the One who is omnipotent, omnipresent, omniscient is for you, who can be against You? Our God is awesome in power, great and greatly to be praised. He is able to protect His children from harm and all evil. See how Elisha was able to warn the king of Israel about the plans of the king of Syria (2 Kings 6v8-12); and the angel of the Lord told Joseph to take Mary and then baby Jesus to Egypt, because of Herod that will seek Jesus to kill Him? (Matthew 2v13). Child of God, dearly beloved, fear not, and do not be afraid, if God be for you, who can be against you? Isaiah 41v10 (AMPC) tells us “Fear not [there is nothing to fear], for I am with you; do not look around you in terror and be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen and harden you to difficulties, yes, I will help you; yes, I will hold you up and retain you with My [victorious] right hand of rightness and justice.”

Prayer

Father, thank You for being for us in Jesus name, amen. We rest in Your love and protection in Jesus name, amen.
