A pure heart
Hello everyone,
How are you doing on this day? I hope well and bubbling in the Lord. We thank God for His mercies, His grace and His love for us. The Bible tells us that:
“Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.” Matthew 5v8
“Blessed (happy, enviably fortunate, and spiritually prosperous -- possessing the happiness produced by the experience of God’s favor and especially conditioned by the revelation of His grace, regardless of their outward conditions) are the pure in heart, for they shall see God!” Matthew 5v8 (Amplified Bible)
We therefore see that it is important for one to have a pure heart in other to see God. Like the Psalmist prayed, let us also pray that Lord, create in me a clean/pure heart, and renew a steadfast/persevering spirit within me in Jesus name, amen (Psalm 51v10)
