Through Him

How are you doing on this day? I hope well and bubbling in the Lord. We thank God for seeing us through to a new month.
Primary Text
“Through Him you believe in (adhere to, rely on) God, ...” 1 Peter 1v21 (AMP)
“Through Christ you have come to trust in God…” 1 Peter 1v21 (NLT)
Without the price that Jesus paid, we would not get to have a relationship with the Father. John 10v10 tells us that Jesus came that we may have life, and life more abundantly, and John 17v3 says “And this is life eternal, that they might know Thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom Thou hast sent.” Hallelujah. John 1v12 (KJV) says “But as many as received Him, to them gave He power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on His name:” Through Christ we have come to trust in God, and through receiving and believing on Him we become children of God. In His name we pray to the Father, John 16v23 saying: “And in that day ye shall ask Me nothing. Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsover ye shall ask the Father in My name, He will give it you.” Another way we can look at this is that through the Word of God, we have come to believe in God. John 1v1-2 tells us ‘IN THE beginning [before all time] was the Word (Christ), and the Word was with God, and the Word was God Himself.” Through the Word of God we get to know more about God, His way of doing things, His acts, and trust Him more. The Good News tells us of how God had made a way for us to come to Him through the Lord Jesus. Thank God for Jesus. Thank God for the redemption of our souls. Thank God for who we have been made to be in Christ Jesus. Hallelujah.

“And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto Him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in His own blood, And hath made us kings and priests unto God and His Father; to Him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.” Revelations 1v5-6 (AMP)
