Psalm 91v11-12!

Hello everyone,

How are you doing on this day? I hope well and bubbling in the Lord. We thank God for His great love and care for us. One way in which God cares for His children, is by putting angels in charge of us; He Himself is the Lord of heaven’s armies, the Lord of hosts.

Primary Text: Psalm 91:11-12
“For He shall give His angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways. They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.” Psalm 91v11-12 (KJV)

“He has put His angels in charge of you to watch over you wherever you go. They will catch you in their hands so that you will not hit your foot on a rock.” Psalm 91v11-12 (NCV)

“For He will order His angels to protect you wherever you go. They will hold you up with their hands so you won’t even hurt your foot on a stone.” Psalm 91v11-12 (NLT)

“For He will command His angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways; they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.” Psalm 91v11-12 (AMP)

Isn’t this awesome? For those who have made God their refuge, and the Most High their habitation, God has commanded His angels concerning YOU. I read this morning that eastern shepherds used to name each of their sheep by name, the way we give names to dogs and cats. So, Jesus being the Good Shepherd, knows us by name. And God, has told His angels to take charge of you. Imagine a conversation going like this => angels, I want you to be in charge of (name). Guard him/her in all their ways. Lift her/him up in your hands, so that they will not strike their foot against a stone. Isn’t that wonderful? So be at peace, there are angels on guard ☺

Supplementary Texts
“The Angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear Him [who revere and worship Him with awe] and each of them He delivers.” Psalm 34v7 (AMP)

“For the angel of the LORD is a guard; he surrounds and defends all who fear Him.” Psalm 34v7 (NLT)

“Then the angel of the LORD went forth, and smote in the camp of the Assyrians a hundred and fourscore and five thousand: and when they arose early in the morning, behold, they were all dead corpses.” Isaiah 37v36 (KJV)

“My God hath sent His angel, and hath shut the lions’ mouths, that they have not hurt me: forasmuch as before Him innocency was found in me; and also before thee, O king, have I done no hurt.” Daniel 6v22 (KJV)

Prayer
Father, I thank You for giving Your angels charge over me, to keep me in all my ways, in Jesus name, amen.
