What a Friend!
Hello everyone,
How are you on this day? I hope well and bubbling. God loves you. Jesus loves you …. Nothing can separate you from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus. Be fully persuaded about that brethren. One hymn goes:
“What a friend we have in Jesus, all our sins and griefs to bear! What a privilege to carry everything to God in prayer! O what peace we often forfeit, O what needless pain we bear, all because we do not carry everything to God in prayer.
Have we trials and temptations? Is there trouble anywhere? We should never be discouraged; take it to the Lord in prayer. Can we find a friend so faithful who will all our sorrows share? Jesus knows our every weakness; take it to the Lord in prayer.
Are we weak and heavy laden, cumbered with a load of care? Precious Saviour, still our refuge; take it to the Lord in prayer. Do thy friends despise, forsake thee? Take it to the Lord in prayer! In His arms He’ll take and shield thee; thou wilt find a solace there.”

Primary Text: John 3v16
“For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” John 3v16 (KJV)
“For God so greatly loved and dearly prized the world that He [even] gave up His only begotten (unique) Son, so that whoever believes in (trusts in, clings to, relies on) Him shall not perish (come to destruction, be lost) but have eternal (everlasting) life.” John 3v16 (AMP)
Thank You for loving us so much O God. Thank You “For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need” (Hebrews 4:15-16). Thank You “For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and His ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil” (1 Peter 3v12). Thank You for “… we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to His purpose” (Romans 8v28). Thank You for “What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us … Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God’s elect? It is God that justifieth. Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us” (Romans 8v31, 33-34). Thank You for “Therefore doth My Father love Me, because I lay down My life, that I might take it again. No man taketh it from Me, but I lay it down of Myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This commandment have I received of My Father” (John 10v17-18). Thank You so much O Lord. We are so grateful, we love You and appreciate You in Jesus name, amen. Thank You for eternal life Lord, “And this is life eternal, that they might know Thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom Thou hast sent” (John 17v3). Thank You “For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father” (Romans 8v15). Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! “O give thanks unto the LORD; for He is good; for His mercy endureth for ever” (1 Chronicles 16v34). He loves you so much. Take your cares and burdens to God. Let Him handle it!
Prayer
Father, we thank You for Your Word, and we pray That we may really come to know practically, through experience, the love of Christ, which far surpasses mere knowledge, that we may be filled through all our beings unto all the fullness of God, that we may have the richest measure of the divine Presence, and bodies wholly filled and flooded with God Himself, in Jesus name, amen.
