Thank You

How are you doing on this day? I hope well and bubbling in the Lord.

In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.” 1 Thessalonians 5v18 (KJV)

Can you think back to this time last week and all that has happened between then and now? It is amazing how many things can happen in the course of one day, week, month, year… but at the end of the day, there is always cause to say Father, thank You. God has been truly faithful and worthy of all thanks. If you take time out to think about it, He has answered prayers, prayers you have uttered for yourself, and for others. You may be in the midst of something you are looking up to Him for or trusting Him for, but even with that we can see His faithfulness all around, and for this we say thank You.

Prayer

Our Father and our God, what can we say but thank You. Thank You for the salvation of our souls, for redeeming us, for calling us Your own. We are so very grateful for everything You have done and keep on doing. We thank You for keeping us by Your power, we thank You for answering our prayers, we thank You for the seemingly little things that You do that go a long way to make us know that You care for us and are thinking of us. We thank You for our families, friends and loved ones. We thank You because You are mindful of us. We thank You for sending Jesus to die for us. Our Lord Jesus we thank You for dying for us, and laying a good example for us to follow of humility and service. We thank You because You are preparing a place for us that where You are, we may be as well. We thank You for Your Holy Spirit that is here with us, in us and with us. Spirit of the living God, we thank You for Your counsel, comfort, help, intercession, advocacy, strength and for standing by us. Father, we are just so grateful for everything. We love You, we trust You, we adore You, we appreciate You, we believe in You, and we thank You because we belong to You. Blessed be Your holy name forevermore, in Jesus name we pray, amen.
