Our Salvation

Hello everyone,

How are you doing on this day? I hope well and bubbling in the Lord. We thank God for His great love for us.

Primary Text
“Receiving the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls.” 1 Peter 1v9 (KJV)

The end of our faith, is the salvation of our souls. 1 Peter 1v5 tells us that we “are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.” Thus far we have believed in God. Let us continue to hold onto our faith. We do not serve God in vain. The just shall live by faith. We have not seen Jesus, yet we love Him, and believe in Him. Like the disciples, we have left all to follow Him. This is not in vain. Hold on. No matter what you see around you, or don’t see; regardless of the trials you may face – nothing compares to the knowledge of Him, loving Him, being His. That’s why Paul could say, “But what things were gain to me, those I counted loss for Christ.” (Philippians 3v7). Beloved, understand that we are in a battle for our very souls. The devil, who is also the accuser of the brethren, seeks whom he can devour. Revelations 12v12 says “… Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.” Regardless of what tribulations come your way, never turn back. Scripture say:

Supplementary Text
“Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward. For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise. FOR YET A LITTLE WHILE, AND HE THAT SHALL COME WILL COME, AND WILL NOT TARRY. NOW THE JUST SHALL LIVE BY FAITH: BUT IF ANY MAN DRAW BACK, MY SOUL SHALL HAVE NO PLEASURE IN HIM. But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul.” Hebrews 11v35-39 (KJV)

Father, thank You. I commit my spirit into Your hands and I pray that You keep me from falling and present me faultless before the presence of Your glory with exceeding joy in Jesus name, amen.
