The Miracle Working God
Hello everyone,
How are you doing on this day? I hope well and bubbling in the Lord. There is a song we sing back home which says – He’s a miracle working God, He’s a miracle working God, He’s the Alpha and Omega, He’s a miracle working God. Our God is the One who alone doeth wonders.
Primary Text: Psalm 105v26-27
“He sent Moses His servant, And Aaron, whom He had chosen. They performed His wondrous acts among them, And miracles in the land of Ham.” Psalm 105v26-27 (New American Standard)
Our God is indeed a miracle Worker. Imagine the land of Egypt, so so long ago, with the Israelites being oppressed by the Egyptians, and all of a sudden, two men come, sent by the God of the Israelites, to bring forth the children of Israel out of Egypt. Pharaoh of course wouldn’t let them go, and then the wonders and the miracles began in the land of Egypt. “Oh, the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of God! How unfathomable (inscrutable, unsearchable) are His judgments (His decisions)! And how untraceable (mysterious, undiscoverable) are His ways (His methods, His paths)!” Romans 11v33 (AMP). The Lord is a wonderful person to have as a friend, and as Lord, but it is terrible to be on His wrong side. He performed wondrous acts in the land of Egypt even as He prepared to take His children out of there. He has given His Son to die for you already, and His Word says “What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? He that spared not His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?” Romans 8v31-32 (KJV). Be encouraged, God is for you!
Supplementary Text:
“O GIVE thanks to the Lord, for He is good; for His mercy and loving-kindness endure forever. O give thanks to the God of gods, for His mercy and loving-kindness endure forever. O give thanks to the Lord of lords, for His mercy and loving-kindness endure forever. To Him Who alone doeth great wonders, for His mercy and loving-kindness endure forever; To Him Who by wisdom and understanding made the heavens, for His mercy and loving-kindness endure forever;” Psalm 136v1-5 (AMP)
Prayer
Father, I thank You, for You are a wonder working God in Jesus name, amen. Thank You for the miracle of sleeping and waking up, and for being so good to me. Thank You for the tough times that You see me through. Thank You for every testimony and miracle. I give all the glory to Your name, amen. Father I pray that You keep me in You until the end in Jesus name, amen.
