A Rewarder
Hello
everyone,
How
are you doing on this day? I hope well and bubbling in the Lord.
Primary Text
“The
one who plants and the one who waters work together with the same purpose. And
both will be rewarded for their own hard work.” 1 Corinthians 3v8 (NLT)
Beloved,
how are you using the gifts that have been given unto you? Our God is good and
He is a rewarder. Psalm 62v12 (NIV) says “and with You, Lord, is unfailing
love”, and, “You reward everyone according to what they have done.” Romans
12v6-8 (NIV) talking about the different gifts we have says “We have different
gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying,
then prophesy in accordance with your faith; if it is serving, then serve; if
it is teaching, then teach; if it is to encourage, then give encouragement; if
it is giving, then give generously; if it is to lead, do it diligently; if it
is to show mercy, do it cheerfully.” Galatians 6v9-10 (AMP) tells us that “And
let us not lose heart and grow weary and faint in acting nobly and doing right,
for in due time and at the appointed season we shall reap, if we do not loosen
and relax our courage and faint. So then, as occasion and opportunity open up
to us, let us do good [morally] to all people [not only being useful or
profitable to them, but also doing what is for their spiritual good and
advantage]. Be mindful to be a blessing, especially to those of the household
of faith [those who belong to God’s family with you, the believers].” Beloved,
we thank God for He is the One who sees and rewards. Don’t worry if man does
not appreciate you… or perhaps they do. But remember, it is the approval of God
that counts.
Supplementary Text
“So,
my dear brothers and sisters, be strong and immovable. Always work
enthusiastically for the Lord, for you know that nothing you do for the Lord is
ever useless.” 1 Corinthians 15v58 (NLT)
Prayer
Heavenly
Father, we thank You so much for You are a rewarder. The grace to always abound
