The Mind of Christ

Hello everyone,

How are you doing on this day? I hope well and bubbling in the Lord. We thank God for His goodness, faithfulness and lovingkindness.

Primary Text

“For who has known or understood the mind (the counsels and purposes) of the Lord so as to guide and instruct Him and give Him knowledge? But we have the mind of Christ (the Messiah) and do hold the thoughts (feelings and purposes) of His heart.” 1 Corinthians 2v16 (AMP)

Hallelujah. Thank God for the wonderful blessing of having the mind of Christ, and we have the Spirit of Christ. Hallelujah. We thank God for this. Romans 8v6-9 (KJV) says “For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God. But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ he is none of His.” Once again, I thank God that He has given us the mind of Christ. If we didn’t have the mind of Christ, didn’t have the Spirit of Christ, there is no way we can please God, no way we can be led by Him, or directed by Him. We will be in complete animosity towards Him. But we do have the mind of Christ.

“Do not be conformed to this world (this age), [fashioned after and adapted to its external, superficial customs], but be transformed (changed) by the [entire] renewal of your mind [by its new ideals and its new attitude], so that you may prove [for yourselves] what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God, even the thing which is good and acceptable and perfect [in His sight for you].” Romans 12v2 (AMP)

Prayer

Our Father and our God, we thank You so much for this day. We thank You for Your goodness, and faithfulness. We thank You for Your lovingkindness. You are faithful. We thank You because we have the mind of Christ. Thank You Father for this in Jesus name we pray, amen.
