His Unfailing Love (2)

Hello everyone,

How are you doing on this day? I hope well and bubbling in the Lord. We thank God for His unfailing love. The Bible says:

Primary Text

“For His unfailing love towards those who fear Him is as great as the height of the heavens above the earth.” Psalm 103v11 (NLT)

“For as the heavens are high above the earth, so great are His mercy and loving-kindness toward those who reverently and worshipfully fear Him.” Psalm 103v11 (AMP)

God’s Word has said that husbands should love their wives as Christ loved the Church and gave Himself for her (Ephesians 5v25). Now, as husbands and wives are in their marriage, sometimes troubles will arise and things will happen – to their family, their jobs, their children… Because troubles arise, doesn’t mean that the husband has stopped loving his wife. In the same vein, as believers, we sometimes go through troubles, calamities… some that happen to us directly, and others because of our association with other people, we may be hurt, down, discouraged... When all these things occur,
does it mean Jesus has stopped loving us? Not at all… But in spite of all that we go through, God loves us. His love is revealed in that He sent Jesus to die for us. The love of Christ is so great, beyond what we can fully understand (Ephesians 3v19). Beloved, hang in there, God loves you, and He cares. Nothing can separate you from His love, and overwhelming victory shall be yours through Christ who loved you. Be encouraged.

Supplementary Text
“Can anything ever separate us from Christ’s love? Does it mean He no longer loves us if we have trouble or calamity, or are persecuted, or hungry, or destitute, or in danger, or threatened with death? (As Scriptures say, “For your sake we are killed every day; we are being slaughtered like sheep.”) No, despite all these things, overwhelming victory is ours through Christ, who loved us. And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from
God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels or demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow – not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love. No power in the sky above or in the earth below – indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Romans 8v35-39 (NLT)

Prayer
