Nothing!
Hello everyone,
How are you doing on this day? I hope well and bubbling in the Lord. Sarah was well advanced in age, and the Lord said that she will give birth to a child. Sarah laughed. I mean, there are many situations might cause us to laugh – because in the physical it seems as if nothing is happening, and nothing could happen. But the LORD asked a question:
Primary Text:
“Is any thing too hard for the LORD? At the time appointed I will return unto thee, according to the time of life.” Genesis 18v14 (AMP)
Ezekiel took an interesting position, when the Lord asked Him, if bones that were very dry, could live again. Obviously, these were very dry bones. No more flesh on them. But he said – “O Lord GOD, Thou knowest!” (Ezekiel 37v1-3). God told him to prophesy to them, and they did live. The Bible is full of God doing the miraculous and the impossible, and I bet even as you look at your life, God has been and is still doing the impossible – in your spirit, soul, body, life, destiny, ministry, talents, family, friends, city, country. I was listening to a message today and the Pastor said you have been walking in the impossible all this time. God has earned a right to be trusted. What are those situations that look so dead, so impossible, the LORD is saying “Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh: is there any thing too hard for Me?” (Jeremiah 32v27). Will you trust Him for your miracle today? There is nothing too hard for Him. There was a time that there was a siege in Samaria, so bad that a woman ate her own child. Things were that bad. But God sent a message of good things through Elisha, but one man doubted (see text below). Even if you do not know how God is going to do it, don’t be part of the naysayers, for the truth remains that there is nothing too hard for the LORD.
Supplementary Text:
“Elisha replied, “Listen to this message from the Lord! This is what the Lord says: By this time tomorrow in the markets of Samaria, five quarts of choice flour will cost only one piece of silver, and ten quarts of barley grain will cost only one piece of silver.” The officer assisting the king said to the man of God, “That couldn’t happen even if the Lord opened the windows of heaven!” But Elisha replied, “You will see it happen with your own eyes, but you won’t be able to eat any of it!” 2 Kings 7v1-2 (NLT)
Prayer
Why don’t you take that situation that seems impossible to the Lord in prayer today….
